Muddy Monster Cross Country Run

Event Details

Muddy Monster will be held in Cedar Rapids, IA on Saturday, October 22nd, 2011 at Seminole Valley Park. The course is both participant and spectator friendly.

The course consists of a 5K (3.1 mile) run/walk, a 15K (9.3 mile) run, a Monster Mile (for youth runners under 18) and a Lil’ Monster Dash (.25 mile) attracting runners of all ages and athletic abilities.
